DeskNearMe is designed to help people discover flexible workspaces. It is a directory, not a guarantee, recommendation or substitute for checking important details directly with a workspace provider.

Listing accuracy

Information may come from workspace operators, submissions, public sources and independent research. Although we take reasonable steps to organise and correct the directory, we cannot guarantee that every listing is complete, current or free from error.

Prices and availability

Day-pass prices, monthly rates, meeting-room availability, private-office availability and other commercial information are indicative unless explicitly confirmed by the provider. Prices and availability can change at any time.

Maps, coordinates and transport information

Map pins, latitude/longitude coordinates, “nearest station” information, station distances and walking times may be calculated or derived from postcode and transport reference data. They are approximate and may not represent the exact entrance to a building, the most convenient station in practice, or a safe/accessible walking route. Check your journey using a current transport or mapping service before travelling.

Workspace suitability

Tags such as “best for”, facilities, meeting-room indicators and workspace-type classifications are provided to aid discovery. They are not professional assessments and do not guarantee that a workspace will meet your individual accessibility, safety, privacy, technical or business requirements.

Images

Images may be supplied by workspace operators, submitted by authorised users, licensed from third parties, or created specifically for DeskNearMe. Some city artwork is illustrative rather than a literal photograph of a workspace. If you believe an image or other material infringes your rights, email hello@desknearme.co.uk with the page URL and details of your concern.
